founder / CEO

Sean Norris

Sean Norris has 14 years experience in the medical field. Formerly Director of Orthopaedic division at First Call Physician Assistants Inc., he has 6 years experience as Physician Assistant in Orthopaedics and Emergency medicine, and 8 years as a Radiologic Technologist at various institutions around the Bay area. Sean is the inventor of the EvacFlo Suction Device prototype and has a strong background in design engineering.

Kwasi Mensah

Kwasi Mensah has 20 years in Pharmaceuticals, Life Science and Medical Device industries. He is a former executive at Bayer Healthcare, Bio-Rad Laboratories, Cepheid and Relypsa in Manufacturing Operations. Kwasi is the President of Health Solutions International, a non-profit dedicated to preventive healthcare in developing countries in Africa. He is currently the Executive Director/Head of North America Supply Chain Operations at Vifor Pharma.

Sean Correa

Sean Correa has over twenty years of experience in the medical field, working as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant for several highly esteemed experts. He is a former member of the California Orthopaedic Association, the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Arthroscopy Association of North America; and alongside Master Instructors taught wrist and elbow arthroscopies to surgeons around the globe. Sean focuses on Business Development and Global Strategic Partnerships for Sanverbos Inc.

Ryan McGuinness

Ryan McGuinness is a scientist, technologist and entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of industrial experience in BioTechnology R&D and Medical Device Product Development. He currently fills the roles of Practice Lead at Triple Ring Technologies and Vice President of Science&Technology at Agility Labs, a Life Science and Medical Device incubator in Silicon Valley and Boston. Ryan leverages his extensive network groups to help grow and capitalize young companies. Also, his long career in R&D has resulted in wide-ranging connections to individuals and companies that enable rapid introduction of new products to Healthcare and Life Science markets.
